I own a restaurant and bar over at Medina Lake and my walk in cooler stopped cooling down, right before a very busy weekend.  I called and within 30 minutes, the service man came out a fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost!  He saved our weekend and not to mention he was the owner of the company and took such good care of us!  I am so thrilled to have him as a resource for these kind of emergencies. He was a life saver!!

Went great -- we've used this company for the past 5 years, ever since we had them install a new AC/Heat Pump system.  We have them come out twice a year for maintenance, so we've had many encounters over the past 5 years.  This company has always been wonderfully professional and gets the job done correctly and quickly.  I'm always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the service techs they send out -- always have great experiences.  The staff at their main office are also great -- always helpful and friendly when I call.  On the few times we've had an issue, they've been very quick to get someone out for repairs.  I highly recommend this company and will always use them for all our HVAC needs.

We've used Cool Air for years. They are always punctual and reasonable. We had tp replace our HVAC a few years ago and they did a great job. I

The serviceman was helpful and took care of the job. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the company was constantly pushing their service contract membership, and after they serviced the AC unit, the unit broke about a week later. They said there was a leak in the coil. I just wonder why it was not caught was the servicing was done. Then they wanted to charge me triple the cost for the coil ($2700) and ($5700) for a new ac unit. These prices were very steep.
Overall I think they did an acceptable job, but just seems like they were out to make money more than anything.

It was excellent! They are very responsive to phone calls and questions. They are professional in making sure that they don't put mud in the house and getting ladders to go to the AC unit. I think i got a discount off. I have used them a couple of times.

Very well. they were considerate and caring. It was very cold and they made sure we had heat in the house before the started the work. They delivered space heaters for the rooms that needed heating. They put down drop cloth in the house when they worked on the air handler and cleaned up after themselves.

I was pleased with them. They did a great job. They were very professional and I felt that they seemed to know exactly what they were doing and had a lot of experience. They did the work efficiently and expertly.

This was a total custom job, my house gave them less than the minimal space required to place the system.  This was also a job that I was working to improve the homes energy efficiency on multiple levels.  So they had to meet certain efficiency metrics that were a little more difficult than the normal customer.  The initial install required Cool Air to rebuild the closet that the air handler sat in and reroute the way the system drained condensation to the outside.  We had to make multiple adjustments to the system before Cool Air completed the job.  It was a little more of a process than I initially thought it would be, but Cool Air was always professional, responsive, and did everything to get the job done right.  They also processed everything for my CPS Rebates.  Now the system works great.  They were also more thorough in their intial inspection of what type of  system I would need and gave me a bid much lower than a lot of other top rated HVAC installers on Angie's List.

They came out quickly, gave us an estimate and then went over options and specials. They gave us the best deal and then installed within a few days. Installation was fast, thorough, and professional. They called and came out after the instal to check and see that it was working to par and come out within days when we want the filter checked or the uv light replaced on the unit.

I was extremely pleased with Cool Air. All employes I encountered, including the receptionist, were professional and friendly. Hector pointed out everything that needed to be done and why it was necessary. Steve and Andrew started the job and were joined by Joe and David. Everyone worked diligently to get the job done staying until 7:30 pm. Hector checked in midway to make sure all was going as planned. Steve showed me everything that was done and explained the safety features. He also serviced the ac unit and answered all my questions. The next day, I received a call to make sure I was completely satisfied.

They put a UV light that was much better for this unit than what I had before. They did a great job. They were very professional, clean and on time; if they are not on time, they will call and let me know that they are running late, which is great. There was nothing that I did not like about them. I liked what they did the first time, which is why I used them again. Their price was great. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I called on a Monday after 4pm and Robert gave me an estimate on the phone. He came out on Tuesday to make sure that the estimate would be accurate with the A/C setup that I had. The estimate that Robert gave me was right on the money. He was very professional and knowledgeable.On Wednesday the installers David and Jobie came out and installed the new air handler. The replacement of the air handler went great. David and Jobie were very professional. They answered all my questions that I had about the A/C. They laid down tarps on the floor so that my floor would not be damaged. Once they were finished could could not tell that they had been there, except for the cool air that was now coming out of my air ducts.

The quote is for $300. The quote seems to be fair.  They were great. We have not decided since it is a project that we are not quite there.

The only problem was that it took longer than what they estimated to begin with.  Other than that, it was great.  I would highly recommend.

Too long of a story; Cool Air was here about four days for demolition and installation. There were complications that were less than positive - let me explain. I also contracted for an established San Antonio electrical company to do some major work [installing recessed ceiling lights 12-14, redoing some existing wiring, circuit breakers,etc.] These contractors "interfered with" Cool Air repeatedly, borrowing tools, taking their tarps, not cleaning up, and most significantly causing thousands of dollars of damage to my home computer network, system, printers, etc. This was NOT Cool Air's fault - the electric company is faulted! In spite of these problems, Cool Air arose to the challenge and performed professionally, efficiently, and got our home ready for the new season. Our existing system [heating and duct work] was about 25 years old. Our AC was recently replaced by another company less than 3 years ago, and has never worked properly. From the very 1st contact [by Robert] and the last conatct by Brady [Service Manager]; my wife & I are very pleased and satisfied. I'm sure over the years, we may have additional HVAC issues, but we will always call Cool Air. Its too early to have received all of the CPS and IRS rebtaes, but we received the Lenox Rebate withing 2 weeks. Cool Air should be proud to have representatives such as Robert [front line] and Brady [service] as part of their team & their family. I wholeheartedly reccommend COOL AIR to my South Texas friends!

They were outstanding, I can't say anything bad about them. They did good work and everything was very professional. All of our family is very happy with them and we'd recommend them to anyone. They were cheaper than everyone else.

I have used them extensively. The overall experience was just fantastic. I couldn't be happier with them. The company representative who first talked to us and gave us the assessment appraisal was very thorough and explained a great deal to us. He talked about the various advantages and disadvantages. We enjoyed talking and working with him a great deal. I found his cost estimates to be extremely reasonable. I think he made out very well specially with the various rebates that were available through the government agencies and he explained to us about them. There were two rebates that they could handle for us which they willingly did. On the others they gave us the information that we needed in order to apply for them. They were extremely helpful. It was a two day job. The crew that came in gutted everything and took everything out, and they were very thorough. It was a great crew. We enjoyed them a great deal. They were very respectful of us, our property, our time, and our situation. They were very accommodating. They were very thorough in the work that they did. Once they were finished, everything was cleaned up very nicely. Overall they were outstanding. The price was outstanding. We saved a lot of money on this. I saw a number of comparative figures that I was checking myself and we got a very good price. The quality was very good. They double checked everything. They checked one system and ran it and made sure that the temperatures and each of the outlets were where they should be. They came back a couple of days later. They set up an appointment with us and came back and rechecked everything one more time. We will have another time in about four months when they will come at no charge and make sure that everything is working. They do a good follow-up. They were very responsive. I was not familiar with the Texas energy rebate and had a couple of questions after all the work was done. They answered all my questions right away and directed me to the right sources. They came when they said they would come and they stayed as long as they said they would. All the time that they were here they were right on. They were great. They were very professional in the way they conducted themselves. There was a crew of six here on the first day when everything was being torn out. Every single member of the crew was outstanding. I enjoyed talking with them and associating with them. I would without a doubt use them in the future.

They also installed the duct work in the attic. My experience with them was great. When the sales rep came over to the house and gave us an estimate and determined that we need to replace the furnace. He had a good presentation. He seemed very genuine. We enjoyed that.
