The guys arrived on time, spent an hour testing to locate the leak, then took the time to explain the problem in detail. They offered me 3 no-pressure choices: I could repair the leak myself, pay them to replace a return jet, or have them use a little pool putty and see if that works. I went with the pool putty and so far it's holding. I also used them a few years ago and they did a great job on that too.

I cannot recommend Truman and his crews highly enough. They were on time, finished early, cleaned up and were professional. Since the install Truman has been out several times to check the heater which was giving us problems - user error! He still came out checked the equipment, never charged me for the visits, and folks I live in Granbury! I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years and I can truly say that Truman is honest, fair and provides quality work. I would highly recommend Truman and The Right Way Pool Solutions.

Truman and his team were very punctual, attentive, professional, and personable. Truman even came out after the job was done when we had a question and taught me how to resolve a problem I was having with our pool pump. I really appreciated that he took the time to come out of his way to give a two-minute demonstration!
The pool looks great, and we are very happy with the work that was done--as well as the price!

They did a very good job and they were very personable and friendly. His quote was the lowest, but we have not decided, what we are going to do as far as pool in getting taking care of so.

Our pool was losing water quicker than usual.  Called The Right Way and they come out the next day and diagnosed the problem.  There was a leak under our pool deck.  They returned the next day to do repairs.  They located the leak (under our pool deck) and cut out a one foot square block of the deck.  They then dug down to the broken pipe and repaired it.  When the repairs were finished they mixed new concrete deck and did a good job of matching our old pool deck.   No problems since.

Excellent from start to stop.
