In my opinion, their job was horrible. Too many no-calls and no-shows for 3 months. So many excuses from their workers not being able to show up, they had the flu, they were in the hospital, they had cancellations from people they were supposed to get materials from, not willing to give me material receipts, and so on so very many reasons they couldn't do the job they were paid to do. They damaged my property, stole my $2000 money I gave at their request for materials I never to this day received or got receipts for, and never showed up in a regular or timely manner. I had to have another contractor come in and tell them how to properly do the flooring. After 3 months, they'd only been on the property about a total of 30-35 full hours, if that. I had to go to the police in Clute and Lake Jackson, and filed in small claims court against them. I'm disabled, and I pray no one else feels like I feel after dealing with them. I am also scared of them after their retaliatory conduct when I did complain on the platform they reached out to me initially on seeking me out from my post I needed contractors! PS- They verbally stated they were licensed and bonded but never showed me proof and are NOT listed with the Better Business Bureau, nor listed with assumed names or registered agent with the County Clerk, nor could the Corporate Division of the Office of the Secretary of State find their business!
