John and his crew always arrived when expected kept me up to date on where we stood always informed if we were going to be short on materials- (our arrangement was we buy the materials) cleaned up the site everyday that he was here before he left and always took all the old stuff on the day he finished. this is the second time I have used him. I already have a couple of more "Honey-do"jobs I will be calling him about tomorrow
