Installed central heating and air conditioning system in daughter's house after removing old non-working system. House is 1200 square feet. | |This same company installed the central system in our own house about eleven years ago.

They are very good. They are responsive and get the job done. The pricing seems fair but I don't really compare it to anybody but we just always use them. We have been using them since 1978. They are professional, knowledgeable and seem to really know what they are doing and what they are talking about. They are polite and courteous.

The new ductwork seems OK but needs air balancing, which Pand H did not do. A pile of dirt and crud fell out of each ceiling register as they removed the old duct. The crew was leaving, without cleaning up the mess until I pointed it out. Then they asked if they could borrow my shop-vac because theirs was on another truck somewhere. One of the guys stayed behind, I loaned him my shop-vac and he cleaned up most of the crud. I cleaned up the rest myself.
