they were great

Overall it went very well.

There was no requirement of excessive funds up front.   A considerable amount of work was completed prior to any billing and the billing was reasonable and completely within the structure of the build.

They removed the original cabinets and completed some demolition and made the major rough structural modifications.  The homeowner completed the rough plumbing and electrical required.  Inspection was completed without any issues by the city inspector.   Lashlee's proceeded proceed to install drywall and prepare for cabinet installation.  

The only issue encountered was the quality and lengthy time the final dry wall took.  On part of job had to be redone more than once.   I became convinced that the person doing the drywall job did not know how to do drywall.

All other aspects of the job, including installing a considerable amount of hardwood flooring and some tile went reasonably well.

I would hire them again - but you need to keep an eye on them.

They responded quickly to my initial call, came right over, and gave me a price on  the spot.. This is important, since I only use the beach house occcasionally and was going home that evening. Their price was reasonable, so i engaged them to do the job.  The job conisted of painting the walls and ceiling of an 1000 sauare foot main room and appllying an oil finish to the exposed ceiling beam. Of importance is the fact that the ceiling slopes up to the ceiling beam that is fourteen feet above the floor.  They were very courteous and punctual. They did the job at the agreed price with no surprise add-ons. Moving and coveing the furniture was required. There was no overspray or paint where it was not supposed to be. Clean up was excellent.

They didn't go that well. We chose them for two reasons: one is because they have been in the area for a while and I actually did go into Angie's List to look at their ratings and there was two ratings there and I think one was an A and one was a B. As far as my experience, the gentleman that represented the company basically did the right thing. He stayed with the job but they had to come back several times to do touch up painting, so a job that should have taken a week took me three to four weeks to get done.

They did a very good job.  They manned the project until complete, and did not pull off to do any other jobs.  They were honest and fair.  The quality was very good, but was not perfect.  They were very easy to work with.  I would use them again, and recommend them without hesitation.

Lashlee's Painting and remodeling responded within the day to my initial call requesting an estimate for the work.  The bid was provided in a timely manner and included the bid options I requested.  Work begin at a mutually agreed upon time and continued without interruption (except due to weather) until the job was completed.  
1 person power washed the house then 2 painters did the painting.  The first day or two I was called to tell me the paint crew would arrive within the hour, and they did.   The flat horizontal surfaces were rolled and everything else brushed without diluting the paint.  Drop clothes were used when rolling to catch any drips that might occurred.  Cleanup was through at the end of each workday and items left for the next day were neatly stored.   No paint drips were found.
The painters working the job were seasoned professionals who knew exactly what they were doing.  They worked fast but the quality of their work was excellent.  They free-handed locks and windows with almost no misses.  The occasional spot of paint on the glass was caught by the painters and removed before the job was declared complete. 
A very minor complaint is that chairs and tables were moved from their original location but were not returned.
Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of the exterior paint job Lashlee's Painting and Remodeling did for me.  They will be on my bid list for any future paint work I may have done.

They were excellent, they did a superb job, and they were willing to do whatever I needed. They do painting and remodeling. They were very professional and just did a great job. This was all interior painting. They were very prompt and they got back to me in a timely manner. They did the painting and clean up. They are also licensed and insured which is a big plus.

Very professional. When set up an appointment they were on time, bid was detailed and covered what I wanted done. They were clear on the amount of time the job, would take. Kept their work area clean. Work was done top quality standards.
