I wasn't able to be there, so I don't know if he was on time or how long he was there or what he did. But I received the inspection report very fast, a few hours after the inspection. Setting up was relatively easy, but 1 lady I spoke with wasn't very helpful in answering my questions and seemed like she was busy with something else. She was actually a little rude I feel like. I did inquire about quarterly/bi monthly service and it seemed maybe a tad high, $89.99 for the initial service and then $79.99 after that every 3 months. I'm still going to look at other pest control in the area to see if I can find a better deal.

They come quarterly, but if I had any qualms they come back quickly to take care of it. They are still honoring the price I paid six years ago which is fantastic. They spray inside and out. They are extremely reliable and I have nothing but great things to say.

They came last Friday. We have 3600 triplets home, so, around $200 to do the garage which support into the house. They do an inspection and came out for treatment for any test be at ant, cockroaches, and any other pests which we have the center come system in place and annually that is a separate charge but that is the termite control we spent at the company. It sounds that for good. If I inspect for that on a monthly basis, they cannot check the sulfur any activity on the baits that they are out for termites. I am trying to think, if they may have it credit to work there with 2 months that they did but they say it is a curiotic. It is an activity and they are real place to bait. I do not worry about it and they just come and take care of it. Well, I have not compared the price, I just used them since they did not hear, we looked 15 to 18 years. I have not priced compare or probably competitive, I do not know. They came Friday and I am looking around. They do not see any residue around and I am having clean up after them. That is good. There no footprints from them walking in the house. They have been good with my schedule. I had to reschedule a couple of times because of my schedule changing and they met my schedule. They were delayed when they called me. They told me they are going to be late and see if that was going to be a problem. It was good that they called. They were very professional.

If I am being honest, they are very disorganized. They wanted to renew my contract, and they I just laughed at them. They kept coming out over and over, and were not making any progress. I went online to educate myself and learned that I needed to pull up the dog food and cut off water supplies during the night to prevent the bugs from coming back. I also learned that there was some 'dust' that could help. I requested that they use this product next time and they did. It helped a little bit. I thought that they should have known what to use and to tell me to take up the dog food. The next thing is that they only called me 30 minutes before an appointment to make sure that the things were out of my cabinets. Finally they brought bait traps which did not really work. Now I am treating it myself and it is working better than when I had this company. I feel like they are not doing the best job that they could because they are using the least product possible. I just want this to be taken care of right, the first time!

Killum has been great to work with. They are always courteous, prompt and effective. They are priced fairly and really care about doing a good job. Their exterminators are professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

He is punctual and efficient. He is his own business. He is very personable and a really nice man. He is honest and friendly.

They contact me when it's time to come out. They send reminders and keep track of when service is needed. The guys are friendly and I am comfortable with them. They have a good reputation. They seem to have a lot of customers. If I have an issue they come right back out to take care of it. They have good customer service.

Service was great. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

Killum Pest control has a good name for a pest control. When they came out; they were very professional as a matter of fact. We probably spent about $60 or $70. We ended up buying the stuff ourselves. We have an air fuel service; it is a family held business. We had some questions about what they would use and how would they do it. The guy came out when they said he would. They were very professional. For a pest control they knew what to do and knew what to know. They spent about 45 minutes with us. They just told us that they wanted us to find their stuff and put it in or put it out. We would call them and they would come do it. They did not actually do it themselves so I could not say much about their quality. Their responsiveness was very good. I would use them again.

They do a quarterly maintenance to control bugs. They use a special spray for mosquito's. They call the day before to let you know they are coming and have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I have used them for 6 months and they have not failed me yet. I am pleased with this company.

Killum Pest Control has been looking after my pest control for a long time now and we are very pleased with their total professionalism. They spray around our home and yard about every six months and they are completely trustworthy. To date we have no pests, I owe that to Killums excellent service. We will continue to have them service our home.
