Mr. Krouse checked on work as progressed. And called after job was finished to check on our satisfaction with the job.
Be aware that more sheetrock cracks may appear after completion. Some appeared a week or so later. So wait to repair and repaint.
The foundation work comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty with a few conditions. Maintaining soaker hoses around foundation and not planting trees within 15 ft of foundation. No additions to home major items.
