BRANSON CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING

Took a while to get started. Workers left some material on lawn when the job was completed. Had to have a screen replaced over the pool, when completed was told we would have to pay more the complete the roof by the screen. His price was high.

The owner did not reveal he was acting as a general contractor and that the roofing job was going to be subcontracted out.  He agreed to contact me if the roof deck had any areas needing replaced or repaired before the new felt and shingles were applied.  Not only did he not contact me but on inspection the roof appears to have waves and low areas all over.  After two weeks of trying to contact the owner of Branson Construction, he met with me and the roofer and finally agreed to replace one deck board at my cost.  Only 3 weeks later, there are areas all over the roof that do not appear structurally sound, look "wavy".  His roofers damaged some of the facia, soffits and corner returns which I am going to have to pay to have removed, replaced and painted by another construction group.  At this point, I am not sure the bank's independent inspector will even approve the work for payment to Branson Construction.  I would never recommend his company to handle any construction job and hope this review will help others make an informed decision to keep looking for a reputable builder.  I wish there had been reviews about this company when I was researching roofing and remodeling companies.  If you live outside the city, it is very difficult to get workers who will do the work much less find any reviews or recommendations that are reliable.

They were on time, do a good job, spot the carpet for any spots requiring extra attention. They make sure the furniture is protected and really just do a great job.

I really liked this provider. They are very good, professional, and friendly. I have used them a couple of times now.

The entire process to remodel my living room, foyer, kitchen, dining room and utility room took only about 1 1/2 months, and some of the delay was because of Christmas and New Years Holiday. Love the workers, Love the quality of work, and Really love the outcome!

Branson's Xtremely Clean were very professional. They were also very personable. I had most of the stuff moved, but they did help move some things. They did a very good job. I have used them twice and have been satisfied with them. They were very good.

The carpet looked really nice when they were finished. We were quite pleased with the carpet, we have tried other carpet cleaners but found them to be the best. We would have them do our carpet again. They were a little late for our appointment but other than that they are great. The price was also a good deal because they were having a special at the time.

Branson's Xtremely Clean did a real nice job for us. They were on time and went right to work. I was very pleased. They made sure that they hit all the main traffic areas. The carpet didn't take long to dry either. They got done in a timely fashion. The price was okay.

Branson Construction and Remodeling does a great job of getting you exactly what you want. They do have a design lady who works directly with you and gives you ideas. They only use top quality products. I did get several quotes from different companies and they beat all the other quotes hands down. The only problem that I did have is that they tore up some finish on my tile and when I pointed it out to them they got right to work and repaired it. They provided us with great service. I have not received a bill from them yet so I am not sure of the cost.
