Billy Myers House Demolition

Billy Myers himself responded to call for small demolition and tree project. He came out personally to the property and gave me a free estimate. After comparing his quote with 3 others , his quote came out the second lowest but included all permits and removal costs in the price, so I selected their service. The crew , led by him came to the property in question on the day they said they would before 9 am. They were quick and seemed to already have a plan of action and got to work. They did not bother or ask for beverages or to use our bathroom(which we offered) and stayed on task for 2 days. They completed the task on time and on budget with no incident or breakdowns or unforeseen problems developing. His crew and equipment left no trace on the other areas of our property and cleaned up everything to the point that is looked cleaner than before they got there. He kept me informed every step of the way and even gave me some help with moving some personal property out of our garage before the project that I had forgotten. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor or landscaper in 30 years. I referred him to my boss at work and he is probably going to be doing a larger project for him. This guy is always on top of things and you really feel like his personal guarantee means something. He also digs ponds and we are thinking of having that done on our property now, solely based on this experience. Great work, on time, and on budget.
