Ballard builds good homes in an efficient and timely manner. The house is very nice; the company did a good job of getting the house, the yard and the driveway done on time. Once we moved in we had a few concerns, mostly cosmetic and they were right on top of it. I am pleased with the construction of my house and would recommend Ballard to other new home buyers.
