He was very friendly and helpful. Our shower looked like new when he was done. I asked about caulking around our tub and he caulked a spot to show me what it would look like.

Very professional folks.  When they came to scope out the job they told us what needed to be done, what that entailed and promptly emailed us an estimate.  When the work was performed they arrived at the appointed time did the job in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned the work site when completed.  Very easy folks to work with.

John did a great job with both showers.  He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and very customer-oriented.  We would highly recommend him.  HIs work is excellent.

They diagnosed the issue in both, and matched the color perfectly.  They aren't "cheap" they are very good and worth every penny.  They left the areas very clean and looking new again.
I should have posted this earlier, but just looked them up because I need them again for a guest house bathroom.

     John and his crew cleaned and sealed the grout in our home.  There was approximately 920 sf of tile floors, plus two walk in showers and the surrounding area of two other tub/showers combos.

     I had gotten a quote about two years ago, but did not have the work done at that time.  With seven people in our home, the grout in the floor in the kitchen and entry and dining areas really showed the wear and tear.

     Surprisingly enough, the cost wasn't that much more two years later although there was that much more that needed to be deep cleaned before the grout could be sealed.

     John was very responsive when I contacted him and was able to work us in at a time that was convenient to our schedule and they completed the work in one day.

     The floors look amazing!  The grout is so bright and looks brand new.

     We are very pleased with their work and definitely recommend their work.

Estimate was good, arrived on time, did an excellent job. Could not have been a better experience.

Everything went great. John and his crew are true to their word about the service they provide. They were prompt, polite and diligent professionals. The estimate was right on. They also provided helpful suggestions on the care of the tile and grout.
We would definitely use them again if needed.  It was refreshing to deal with someone that took pride in their work and in their customer service.

Wonderful! They arrived on time as promised. They were very polite. They cleaned the old grout and put in new. They were quick and it was all done by lunch time. I want them back to do the rest of the house.

I had a great experience with Grout Works.  They were prompt and friendly in their communications.  They arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time.  I even asked them to do a little extra, and they were very flexible with me and got it done that day.  I was impressed with the quality of the work and with the cost.  I would def recommend, and use them again.

John's team did a great job.  They were punctual and professional and best of all did a great job.  My floors look brand new and the shower is back to close to original.

The price was cheap!  It was much less than what I had expected to spend.  If I had known it would only cost this much, I would have done it a lot sooner.
Quality was excellent.  The caulk replacement took a lot of work because of the number of seams and my wife commented that it was probably more work than the company had expected.  But, the quality of the job was still outstanding and they did not ask us to pay a higher price than we agreed on initially.
Responsiveness was fine.  The worker showed up on time and did the job we expected.
Punctuality:  It took a couple of days for the company to return our phone call, but the company was punctual thereafter.
Professionalism:  We were completely satisfied with the professionalism of the worker.  He did a great job and never complained about the amount of time required to do it, which was probably longer than he anticipated because of the number of seams in our shower stall.

These guys are true professionals. Jason did everything right. He was meticulous in his workmanship and clean up. We will be using them for our entire house tile and grout cleaning. Would highly recommend this company. There aren't many people left who do business like this anymore.

WOW, I can't believe how beautiful our shower is now.  No more mold stains on our limestone. We had had a roof leak that stained the front of our fireplace and they got that out, too!  The guys worked really hard, only breaking for lunch.  They were so polite and considerate.  All the tasks on the contract were done to our satisfaction.

Our master bath walk-in shower had developed a randomly occurring leak  through the tile grout lines which resulted in occasional puddles outside the shower walls.  The problem was infrequent enough to be difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the water path through the shower wall.
We brought in Grout Works and turned them loose and were amazed at the results.  Not only did they fix the leak problem, but the entire walk in shower looked impressively brand new.  (Almost embarrassingly new compared to the matching tiles just outside the shower enclosure!)
The two-man crew arrived around 10am and finished about 2pm that afternoon. (They also recommended another 24-48 hours of cure time before using the shower.) They were neat, courteous and very professional throughout the day.  After seeing the quality of their work, we have already begin thinking about other areas of the house (guest bathroom & kitchen counter tops) where we would like to use their services to revive the existing tired grout services.

The finished product is perfect.  Jason and Zach removed all the cracked  tiles and replaced them with new ones (we had them left over from building the house).  Zach returned later to match the grout to the various colors it had become after 13 years of wear in different parts of the house.  He did an outstanding job.  No one could tell where the replacements were placed.
The problem:  John, the owner, promised us that the work would be done with a "wet method" which would allow no dust to escape.  This did not happen.  The sticky dust was all over the house.  They did throw sheets over some of the cabinets near the work areas and used big fans to blow some of the dust out of the house, but dust was everywhere and very difficult to clean up.  In addition, a living room window was left open in their hasty cleanup and we didn't discover  it for two days.  We are very satisfied with the finished work but did not appreciate the cleanup required by us!
