Did a great job, we first asked info about everything that would be done and our concerns and Quinn was very thorough and knowledgeable set us at ease, my husband and I were worried because we would read stuff about abuse, but Quinn set us at ease and let us know what he thought in the perspective and that abuse/physical would not be present, throughout the training Quinn would send us pictures give us updates and would even call us if we had any questions, when Gabe came back I saw an improvement obedience compared to the wanting to do whatever he wanted before he left, Quinn then had patience to showing me how to get Gabe to obey commands, all in all I Def believe we chose a great trainer, and also the fact that he would be there for lifetime if we needed help or had any questions.
