Pool and Spa Servicing
They charged our bank account in the beginning of each month but would not show up for the scheduled weekly service. When we called to inform them that the weekly service had been skipped, they said they are very busy and would try to come out but never did. This happened on numerous occasions so we basically paid for services we did not receive. Also, we waited 6 weeks for them to repair our spa heater but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they gave up... Their service manager is extremely rude with poor customer service skills.
