We are a full service lawn maintenance provider that strives for personal relationships, not just clients. I am a co-owner of Stenson Landscaping, Inc. I created and established Stenson Landscaping's presence on Angie's List but am in a position to focus on my own endeavor and bring a customer service level that most are not accustomed to experiencing.

"It is amazing that whenever clients post a negative response they never find anything to say at all that we did right. I have had this acct. for a year and we did everything the client asked us to. Often, above and beyond what was in the original agreement and didn't charge extra for services. Let me state this fact from the beginning, this was an annual agreement and not a contract. If the client was so dissatisfied, why did they stay around for a year? They must have been happy or they would have found someone else and typed this report a long time ago. Yes, in the beginning we were starting a brand new crew and I did request from the client to "hang in there with us". I assumed everything was acceptable because they have been happy for a year. I was always responsive to the clients phone calls, texts & emails at my earliest convenience. Recently, we checked the logistics of a few accounts and determined that we were losing money just driving to their house to perform a service where we have no other clients in the area. Our intent was to notify these clients 30 days in advance but that fell through the cracks. I have apologized and asked what I could do to make it right. The clients response was to come mow their yard for them until they find someone else. I agreed to this and a bad report is what I get in return. That is alright, there are some people on this planet that you cannot make happy no matter how hard you try. She must have been pretty happy with the service to stick around for a year. ??? It is unfortunate that in spite of what has actually happened I know Angie's List will post this report and it will hurt my business. Angie's List should start another business to protect the contractor as well. A business to report clients that stiff contractors, are impossible to deal with, etc...... Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused any of my clients but after a year of service I don't see how it warrants this kind of report. Dennis Dotson"
To my surprise, this company's focus on detail and quality of service was the best I have ever witnessed from a lawn service company. I have entrusted more than a dozen different service company's over the year's with my property's upkeep and I can honestly say that both the friendly communication and attitude, I experienced with Paul and Rubio was above and beyond what I was expecting to get; especially, when I also chose them based on their reasonable price when I compared different services.They are a one stop shop offering full lawn service at an attractive bundled rate. They hand pulled all of the weeds from my property, groomed, and fertilized my lawn.
They have my neighbors taking notice and on my way to be recognized as the neighborhood's lawn of the month for the first time.
The time they have returned to me to focus on other things is truly priceless.
