We help investors find, purchase and fund, top quality on and off market 1-4 residential real estate investments. With a strong network of contractors, we can also assist and the rehab stage along with the investor's exit strategy to help the investor maximize returns. We only get paid if and only if an investor buys a house.

Then they would send me an analysis of the properties a few times a week, with the CMA and MLS datasheets so I can see how they got their estimates. They were always very accurate.
He met me at the property I wanted and walked me around, telling me what needed repairs and I gave him my opinion. It needed a lot of work, but more work means a bigger return in my opinion. New flooring, rebrick the outside, remodel the kitchen and bathroom, get rid of a weird shelf (for a phone back in the day) in the hallway, etc.
In the end I am very satisfied with them. I bought three properties and I plan on buying more from them, they are the most reliable source for an investor who doesn't have the time or resources to advertise and analyze their own. It actually saves me time and money by not having to go through the negotiating process (their prices are fixed) and submitting offers, doing a CMA on my own, and doing all the due diligence.
