It worked out good. I did talk to the owner about one thing and it took a while for him to get back with me. The technician he sent didn’t seem to know exactly what he was doing and had to make a few phone calls during the work. The job was completed appropriately.

We got a big deal for Miles appliance service and called them to fix our LG washer. The first trip was quick and they came as promised, looked at the washer and told me what the issue was. They knew what parts needed to be ordered and said they will order them and tentatively set a date when they would return with the parts. That is when things got bad. There was no word from them for about 3 weeks. i kept calling them and the call would go to voicemail. Then i got a call saying they would be there on a particular date, again nothing. I never got a call from anyone even to tell me nobody was coming. I would call and try to figure out what was going on. I stayed home from work a couple of days and it was all wasted.
Then i found out that the repairman that Mr. Miles had sent to our house originally were MIA and even he did not know where they were, where the drum for our machine was and what was needed. After a couple of more missed appointments, we finally got another person who came and told us that the previous guys had misplaced a crucial screw that was needed. So then we tried to find that screw, the guy from Miles appliances told me he was thinking about getting the screw made as an original screw was expensive and this process took another couple of weeks. Finally they got a OEM screw from somewhere, fixed the machine and it has been working fine.
It took us about 2 months to get the washing machine fixed. It was a terrible experience. When the work was finally done, i got a small discount and still ended up paying a lot of money, after spending 2 months and countless hours after this issue. The work they did seems to have been okay but the whole process, the headaches and the heart burn was not worth it.

It was okay. They made the repair. I was not happy with their pricing, especially after we had a coupon through Angie's List. First of all he was not going to honor the coupon even after we pre-paid. Then the price was about twice as high as what we expected. I will  not be using him again.

I have a front loader LG washing machine and no one seems to carry parts or service them. After a bit of research online I came to the assumption that my problem was a bad drain pump. I called around and found Mr. Miles. He was very knowledgeable, agreed with my assumption and had the part in stock. A week later when I went in to pick up the pump, his son who runs the counter was expecting me and knew exactly which part I needed. He explained to me how to install it and made sure i got a business card so I could call if I need anything else. They also offer house calls for those who need in home service.

Miles is really good at what he does. He was prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable.
