Kenny and his helper pulled our upstairs toilet and then reset it properly to prevent it from leaking. The builder did not have the toilet set at the correct height and it was not centered correctly which was causing the leak.
Kenny did a fine job and we would definitely use him again in the future.

We called Mr. Kenny Page when we realized our water heater was about to
die. I asked if he could replace it in the next week or so but he was
ready to do it the next morning. After reviewing the current situation
he let us know what needed to be done to bring us up to current code
(house was built in 1985) and which water heater would fit in the
available space (which was pretty small). He explained that new water
heaters are physically larger than old ones to allow more insulation to
be more energy efficient. I wanted to go up in size from a 40 gallon to
a 50 gallon but it just wouldn't fit without remodeling the garage.
Instead, he provided one with dual heating elements that will replenish the
hot water faster. Mr. Page and his helper cleaned up after themselves
well also. We are very pleased with the work, fast service, and honesty. Will hire
again.

He's very professional. He's normally a commercial plumber, so he doesn't need any talking too. He comes in and does exactly what's needed. The value was good too.
