I had to replace 2 systems at my house and had seven different companies come out and give pricing. Dr Air understood what we needed the best and was able to provide the work at a great price. The craftsmanship was excellent and I've recommended them to friends already.

David called me within 5 minutes of my request. He was friendly, courteous and got to my house withing the hour after my heating system failed. He identified all the problems quickly and got my emergency heat on. I had some major issues, that could have been catastrophic if not taken care of. Today, he and a crew of four (I think) workers came and removed my current heat pump system, inside and outside. They identified an electrical hazard that could have caused a fire. The workers stayed busy and got it all done in record time. I'm very pleased with my service and highly recommend them! I have maintenance appointments in place (3) and they will make sure everything is working properly. I can call David and he will jump on any issues I have. I have a great system with a ten year warranty and two years to cover manpower charges. (I think there was another name for that, but I cannot recall at this time). The system is so quiet, I can't hear it come on or go off. I've very happy with their services!
