Should be minus stars. I had contacted All Texas Fence LLC about repairing a gate and other issues. When the rep came out to walk around besides the gate that needed repair, I specifically pointed out the my corner of my fence, a broken board and all of the loose boards (see photos). I was told they would all be fixed. When the guys came to rebuild the gate and attached fence, I asked them about the corner, broken board and loose boards, they said that was not them but the guy staining the fence. When the guy came to stain he did nail a FEW loose boards and just looked at the corner - you could tell the guy was not interested in doing the work, he was taking selfies in my backyard. Plus, he did missed some areas with the stain and he killed my grass (see photos). I got one text from the rep (see photo) and I never heard anything else. This was very disappointing and I do not recommend All Texas Fence, LLC at all.

Great, The customer service was terrific, they stayed on top of permits and got the job done really quickly and the crew was professional and personable. I will recommend them to everyone I know needing a fence. They were not the least expensive bid, but they were certainly competitive and you get what you pay for.

The only real problem we had was waiting on the city to issue building permit. They tore down the old fence and built the new one in a day and a half. Looks great.

They did a very good job and the price was reasonable. They were on time and finished the job in one day as promised. The entire mess was cleaned up.

The experience was excellent. When Elmer came out to do the estimate we told him we wanted the fence for privacy, he suggested a board on board fence because over time the boards shrink, he was the only person who did an estimate who suggested it, and we loved the idea because on our existing fence the boards had shrunk over the last 10 or so years. They had a crew out to our home quickly and they were the most quite and efficient workers I have ever seen. They didn't bring a radio, they weren't chatting with each other. We have a day sleeper in the house so this was so nice for us!! They were also very nice and cleaned up their work area before they left. We also loved that they added some nice touches we wouldn't have thought to ask for (ex: they cut the cross boards on the gate at the same angle as the hinges and it looked so nice). They also called us a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the work before they billed us the balance. We would use All-Texas Fence again.

My contact person was Cliff Davis. He is courteous, prompt, and very responsive. The crew who worked on the fencing were the same way. I described what they did above, so I will not add that here. I would highly recomment this company. Their prices are very fair and their work is excellent in my view.

My neighborhood was hit by a F2 tornado on 05-24-11, thus there were many fences knocked down, and many "storm chasing" fence and roof salesman in the area. I received several general estimates from the salesman, who were more interested in what my insurance settlement was for than quoting me a fair price, so I decided to check locally to see what kind of price I could get. Several local companies I called did not seem too interested in such a small job since I was only replacing approximately 60 feet of fence since the rest of my yard has wrought iron. I then contacted AllTexas Fence, and was quoted a very fair price, in fact it was $400 lower than the best estimate I had recieved, so I decided to go with them. The salesperson Ann came out, and we agreed on the work, signed the contract, and made the downpayment. A week later I was notified they'd be out the next day, and when I got home from work the next day the old fence was gone, the new fence was up, and the area was cleaned up nicely. The fence is nicer that I expected, and looks better than other new fences in the area, and since I went with steel poles instead of wood, it is a lot sturdier. I was very satisfied, and will use All Texas again if I need any fence repairs.

THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND REMOVED THE OLD FENCE AND INSTALLED THE NEW FENCE IN TWO DAYS. THE COMPANY WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR QUESTIONS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO A SERVICE CALL AFTER THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE.
