We are using them right now but we have used them in the past and they have helped us so much. They come right away when you call them. They are just very responsible and very good.

All-Area installed two air conditioning systems at our home in 2008 and we have been very happy with the units. One of the outside units stopped coming on and we called them for service. They could not come out until the next day because they were booked, but came out promptly at the scheduled time. Craig and his assistant came in and found that the problem was caused by a disconnected thermostat wire (probably courtesy of my dog.) They checked out everything else on the system and found that all was working well. The whole thing start to finish was done in 45 minutes. Good folks with good service at a fair price.

They repaired a leak on one AC unit and repaired the wiring on one of my heat pumps. They arrived on time and completed their work within an hour and put up with my three overly affectionate dogs throughout the process!
