When our irrigation system failed to function properly, I called Travis. We discussed the problem and he walked us through various steps to reset the system and restore it to normal. I asked him to send an invoice for his help but he graciously declined and said no charge. So nice to deal with a person interested in solving our problem rather than just making a buck.

Unfortunately there is a payment problem. Today 4/1 , I received the bank statement from Chase Bank showing Homeadvisor Handy.com NY charged me $255.00 on my credit card ending 0750 on 3/4/21. After Travis Irrigation finished the sprinkler job, I paid Travis Pence $243.26 by check No. 8142 since he asked me to do so also on 3/4/21. Please help me to solve and iron out this double paymnent problem. Please e mail and/or phone me the settlement. I have been using Home Adviser for 5 years and this is the first time I had trouble.

This was a horrible experience. They changed out all our sprinkler heads which caused part of the yard not to be watered. They broke several lines, and I still have some lines that are not working. Basically, we threw money into the wind and could have had better results. We had two other companies come to our house, and state what he did was worthless. Now, we have to change out everything again. He is not responsive even when threatening with a lawsuit. Worthless.

Made an appointment and then didn't show. and re-book the next day.

Travis was a pleasure to do business with! After having several Austin contractors cancel or just not show up, I happened to get his number from HomeAdvisor and was more than pleased with his work. Excellent service, would definitely recommend!! Super happy to hire locally!

I was really concerned about the water usage of my current sprinkler system and Jason solved my issue by putting more efficient sprinkler heads on to replace the 20 year old existing heads. Was very responsive and done a tremendous job at a super fair price. Would definitely hire him for your irrigation needs. Jason is very knowledgeable and is on my speed dial!

I recently moved into a new house and needed all my sprinklers (71) looked at to make necessary adjustments and repairs. After reviewing many companies, I decided to go with Travis Irrigation & Landscaping services and give them a try. Travis (owner) was very responsive from the first phone call and honestly answered all my questions (that goes a long way with me). He came out with his helper and they did a FANTASTIC job! The job ended up taking half a day because of the number of adjustments/repairs that were needed for 71 sprinklers. He also installed a controller for me. Travis was very communicative throughout the entire process, made recommendations base on my needs, and even provided options. I can't express how happy I am with his level of service and communication. Based on my experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his company for all your irrigation needs. By the way, he's a licensed landscape irrigator and is the one that actually does the work. If you hire a company that holds that license, they might send a non-licensed tech so therefore you may not get someone as experience or knowledgable. Something to think about!

I had a valve issue I could not find. He was able to locate and fix the cut wire. He was very professional and did not over charge. After, he spent time with me, no charge to help me adjust my heads.
