Showed up on time. Trouble shot my spa problem, had the extra part on his truck and repaired/replaced it quickly.

I got the contact info from Angieâ s list, Rob contacted me immediately after I had requested the service. He was great and was able to come immediately. He diagnosed the hot tub and got it fixed within a couple of weeks. Everything was done over the phone and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

He was able to determine the problem and walk me through the repair, saving me an extra expense. He is timely and operates with integrity. Its hard to find a good hot tub repair man--- i found a GREAT one!

it was cool working with R&R . the part had to be ordered and we set a schedule for install the following week. would have appreciated an update when the following week came and went. I had to call R&R for an update and set up the install of the ordered item. The repair went very well. Will continue to use this service.

So far so good. We had a hiccup with scheduling but it ended up just fine. He diagnosed the issue, explained what he needed to do. He ordered the parts and hopefully next week my hot tub will be working again. I also referred him to a friend and she is happy as well with Robâ s diagnosis and her spa will be fixed as well next week.
