Our costs compare to others, but our services don't. Our team began providing services in 2009. For over 14 years we have been developing a set of planning assets, most of which are provided free to our customers. We lead our customers in the use of these assets to plan the tasks needed to successfully meet Internal Air Quality (IAQ) challenges of all kinds caused by common losses we see all the time at homes and businesses. These IAQ challenges are typically due to imbalances in the property's living environment. Water Removal Recovery Service
From the beginning to the end these guys were professional and had unique services. They didn’t just come and look at the leak we had. They looked at the whole house (And found problems that were beyond their scope that we didn’t know about). They looked at the whole house. They didn’t just estimate the job. They provided complete details (work breakdown structure details for those familiar with formal project management). They arrived on time and told us what might delay or speed up the project along with potential savings/cost additions. Everything went like clockwork. Afterwards George helped us tremendously with the insurance claim and followed up months later. Just outstanding by the definition of the word.

George and his team made this process as easy as possible for me. He took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it unlike the previous companies I had met with. AdvantaClean did an AWESOME job for us. Specifically, I appreciated: (1) their attention to detail, (2) their thoroughness, (3) they were always on time, (4) they assisted us greatly in dealing with our insurance agent and insurance adjuster, and (5) their excellent communication; we always knew what they were working on, what was next, and they answered our questions. In the past we have dealt with contractors we were not so happy with and so it was so refreshing to find a company who is as conscientious as AdvantaClean of South Austin. They may not be the cheapest, but the quality of their work makes them a stand out service.

My problem was a leaking refrigerator. I found it on a Sunday and called AdvantaClean they were onsite within an hour. They determined the extent of the water damage and set up a confinement area and begin drying the water logged wall. Technicians came every day to check on the dryers and the moisture levels. I did not have one so they recommend a contractor. After comparing their recommendation with three others I chose the recommended contractor as the best. Insurance was a real challenge but AdvantaClean mentored me. Holding my hand and helping to manage documentation (a real chore!) we ended up with no out of pocket expense (actually a little extra). AdvantaClean is a trade company I would recommend if you need an honest, reliable and hands-on remediation or mitigation company.

We recently had a water leak under our sink which lead to mold. Called George to remediate the situation. I can't say enough about this company. George went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He helped us deal with our insurance company and even set us up with a contractor to rebuild our kitchen. The contractor he recommended was amazing. George helped us through the whole process and was always a phone call away when I had question. Would highly recommend this company.

Be prepared to finance a very large portion the total company cost before your work begins and for an uncommon pressure for your final payment before you can reasonably inspect the work for completeness. This is not to say the work itself isn't adequate but as someone who has dealt with contractors of all types for many years it is typical behavior for businesses without minimal liquidity and trying to operate on a shoestring.

In contrast to other mold inspectors Advantaclean seemed to have super competitive pricing. Our inspector George was very knowledgeable and took his time educating me on the process even before I hired them.

I had 10 air ducts and a return duct to clean. I thought they were a little pricey for what I needed $120 to come out, a total of $360. to run a snake brush trhough each of the ducts and vacum the vents. They pointed out that my plenum was very dirty and therefore would not clean it because it should be replaced. They sent the pictures tp an AC guy who estimated that it would cost betweeen $400-$1000 to replace. I have decided to delay the plenum repacement. I forgot to ask to have the dryer duct cleaned. I'm very happy with the results of the duct cleaning, but I don't believe the cost was justified.
