They installed mirrors in a new home. All of them were done incorrectly. They did come out and replace all of them, but select a company that does it right the first time.

Provider came out and measured the window that needed to be replaced in early July and took a deposit for half the cost. Said it would take 1-2 weeks to get the window. 3 weeks later he came out to install the window and didn't have the weatherstipping to complete the job and said he would come back the next day to finish the job. We didn't pay for the remainder of the install but said we would pay him when he returned the next day. He didn't come back and we have called the company and left voice mails for both the company and the installer several times to get the work finished. The owner called once to yell at us about paying for the job and we told him the installer didn't complete the job. He said he would take to the installer and get back with us. No one has returned a call or come out to finish the job.
