They were prompt, professional, and even warned us about something I didn't realize. That these Plug-Ins fragrance things that plug into your electrical outlets will overheat, crack and spill their dyed contents on your carpet, so don't plug them in over carpet! Wish I'd known. They have developed a very loyal customer base over the years, but are new to Angie's List. Give them a try!

Very well. On time and did a great job

Their initial visit was fast and the carpets dried quickly. They applied the PURT product on the areas I indicated had cat urine and where their light showed evidence of cat urine. This company offered a 100% guarantee on cat urine removal. It didn't work despite several visits. They refunded the portion of the cost associated with the urine removal and I feel fine about the financial resolution. HOWEVER! I am not happy that it took several visits to conclude that their guarantee was false, that the refund check they sent me bounced, or that the carpet was "deep-cleaned" but there was still dirt and hair on the surface that they had to return to remove. All the employees were pleasant to work with.

I found this company on Angie's List and took advantage of the discount coupon. I was so pleased with the results, I told him to contact me next year. He spot treated a few areas and the results are excellent.

Referred by next door neighbor. Did an estimate, and made an appointment. Very professional, and did an excellent job. They are not kidding when they say the carpets will be totally dry in less than two hours. I was amazed at how good carpets even in high traffic areas looked after they left.
