Septic Tank Service
They drove across the extablished yard and made large ruts up to 6 inches deep and 2-3 feet wide in the wet ground from the steet, approximattly 100 feet to the back of the house. They broke the sprinkler system in half a dozen places. The technician then calls me at work and tells me there will be no charge since "we made a few ruts in the yard". The damage caused is far more than the $350 pump out fee. I called and asked that the damage be repaired. The technician was very apologetic and told me he would take care of it. He called a landscaper who filled the ruts with fill dirt full of sand and rocks, not top soil. They have still not fixed the sprinkler system in-spite of several phone calls. Overall, they have not taken responsiblity for the damage casued and have ignored requests to repair the yard and sprinkler system. This after we expressed concern in advance for damage the truck may cause and after giving instructions to drive in the mulch bed away from the established lawn and sprinkler system.
