TRIPLE H CARPORT PATIO COVERS

I had a patio cover installed on my back porch on March 20, 2017 by Triple H Carports, out of Baytown. On March 24, 2017, it poured out, and my brand new cover leaked. Rain came through a few of the screws, up in the corner by my house. It leaked so badly, it was in the wall of my house, and dripping through my door frame to my house. I called and left a message on the machine Saturday morning. I called again on Monday morning and spoke with the secretary. I told her what was going on, and was told I would be put on the schedule for a repair. I asked when that would be, and she did not know. I called back Monday afternoon, and spoke with the owner (Shane). He informed me very rudely that I would be put on the schedule for a repair (on my brand new cover? A repair?) And those repairs are done towards the end of the week. I asked could I get a date, a time, and was told he did not know when. I told him it was supposed to rain again during the week and he did not care. Here it is, April 2, 2017, and have not heard a word form Triple H carports. No phones call, no repair, nothing. Sad because I was prepared to give a great review, love my patio cover, even my dad had 2 covers put up the same week. Terrible customer service, does not care about the shabby work his contractors do!! The owner is very rude when called about a problem! Kim Allen
