Price was too high for the amount of actual areas cleaned. Blinds were not cleaned as discussed.

I have been using Rosa's services for several years now, and in a previous residence starting in 2012. Her and her daughter do an excellent job every time. She is thorough, communicative, and flexible (occasionally adjusting schedules if I need). She is also very trustworthy. There are not many people that I would allow into my home while I'm not there, much less with my dog there, but I have no doubts with them. I am rarely ever there when they come to clean.

She was great! The two of them worked for about 5 hours to clean the whole house and I was pleased with the result.

My family hired Rosa to do a deep cleaning prior to my dad's funeral. The house was exceptionally dusty and needed the baseboards, window sills, ceiling fan blades, cabinet faces, etc. cleaned. For $250, she did the downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. We are very pleased how clean the house was and are now using Rosa on a regular basis. I would recommend her services to anyone.

She's prompt, thorough and texts me to ask if she can do something extra or with any questions while she's cleaning. She is AWESOME! Everything always looks wonderful when she cleans. She brings her own supplies and they are high quality cleaning supplies. I would highly recommend her to others! She's a keeper! She is returning to clean again next week for me.

Rosa gave my 1560 square foot home a very deep cleaning. She and her daughter were here for six hours. I had knee surgery 6 weeks ago and have been on crutches this entire time so the house was extra dusty, floors extra dirty, house extra cluttered. They picked up and organized the clutter and even cleaned my closet, dusted, cleaned every square inch of the house. Washed throw rugs, did laundry, she went above and beyond, they lifted up furniture to clean underneath. The beds are made like a five star hotel bed!! It is all sparkling clean now, smells heavenly, what a wonderful job they did!!! I will be using her service every other week from now on and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Seriously, I wish there was an A+ rating to choose!

Rosa and her daughters are thorough when they clean. The do not bring dirty items that were used at someone else's home. Everything the use is disposable or freshly washed. I have been very impressed with how they clean my home!

No, I would not use them again. Just didn't do a good job for the amount of money. I was desperate for someone to clean before the holidays and they just didn't do a good job. I won't contact them again.

I used them a while back. The price on their page was not even close to what they charge.
The owner and a CREW should up and they were very good at the work they did, but because of the CREW I paid 4 times what I wanted to pay or expected to pay!!
I did not send them away after she told me the price, because she drove a ways to get to me.

Called Rosa - left voice message. She responded within 30 minutes of my leaving a message and agreed to come clean on 3/29,. which was a holiday. Her first quote for my 1700 sq ft house, I thought was way over priced, but she still did a thorough cleaning for a reasonable price. She even cleaned and picked up things other maids have never thought of.She is extremely friendly and willing to work with her clients. She and her daughter did exactly what I wanted/needed (plus more). I am very happy with her work.

She was about an hour behind schedule, but when she arrived, they immediately began working vigorously. I asked that she start with one of the bedrooms, so I could begin repairing walls for painting, and methodically moved her way from one side of the home to the other. Overall, we were very pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a deep clean prior to moving in. Thanks!

This was the second time Rosa and her daughter(s) cleaned. The first time was August 28, but it cost more because the house needed a lot more work to get it up to speed.
I am pleased with the work, and plan to use her as my regular housekeeper.

Overall, she is professional and thorough.

Rosa Barrera is the owner. I chose to use her because she was very reasonable. When they came out and did the heavy-duty cleaning, they were very thorough and easy to contact. She doesn't really have a schedule. She just comes anytime during the day on the day that we schedule. The pricing is a little high. I would continue to use her in the future.

She arrived on time and most important she was willing to come and do the job on a saturday. the house needed a full dusting and she did that fans windows and all. also did a deep cleaning on the bathrooms and mopped and swept everything the house still smells wonderful she was very detailed in every area. she brought along an extra person due to the job requirements and the size of the house. overall we think the job was very well done and we were very happy with it would use her again

She does a good job overall, except for a couple of times; she came in here and she didn't have the right cleaning products for the rug. She is quick to respond, but she never shows up at time she says and they have been a couple of times when she has been fifteen minutes to half an hour late and only once when she came in a couple of hours late, because there was somebody who was suppose to be helping her, but wasn't there. She brings a different person with her every time she comes, she doesn't have a set person who comes with her. She is very professional and mature. I will continue to use her in the future.

I was pleased with the quality and plan to call her back and schedule routine cleanings. I am a VERY happy customer.
