I called First Choice based on the positive review I had read; however, I had a very negative experience. I had Mr. Choice pick up my furniture mid-July. I had purchased my own fabric, so nothing had to be ordered. Mr. Choice gave me a 10-day turnaround, which I thought was optimistic given the number of pieces I had. TWELVE WEEKS later, I finally got my furniture. The frustrating part was Mr. Choice never answered his phone, so I had no idea if he was working on it, or if maybe he was in the hospital, or worse. Day after day I would call, and never get an answer. After six weeks, I finally went to his shop address (which had a "closed" sign) and banged on the door. No answer. I went back the next day and banged on the door again. I was relieved to find Mr. Choice alive and well and able to answer the door. He told me he would have the furniture ready by Monday. SIX Mondays later, I was still waiting and unable to reach him by phone, which I called every day, or his place of business. We had decided that we would probably have to go to court if we were ever to get our furniture back. Out of the blue, 12 weeks after he picked up our furniture, Mr. Choice called and said he had the furniture ready. When it arrived, I was not disappointed in the workmanship - just the unprofessional way I had been treated. If I had had ANY communication during those 12 weeks telling me things were delayed, I wouldn't have been as frustrated or upset. Bottom line - I would definintely NOT recommend First Choice.
