Finch Air Conditioning & Heating

We had all the ducts replaced for a 2 story house. We talked them down on the price.

Finch advised on cost before they came out and I agreed to the late fee($144). Repairman was excellent and made repairs in less than 30 minutes, tested and replaced run capacitor. The total bill was $373, if you take the late fee out it was $ 229 for 30 minutes of labor and a $13.30 capacitor(verified on Ebay). The work and showing up quickly is worth extra cost but no where near these totals. Finch installed the unit 10 years ago and it has worked great, the initial install went well and I don't feel they were overly expensive for the job they did, but after this instance I won't call them again.

Installation by Joseph M. and Oscar C. was prompt, inspection professional, installation housekeeping was excellent, they went about the job quietly and politely explaining what they were doing all the way.

Offered significant discount on Trane equipment, transferable warranty and one day installation which was the best deal of three repretable companies in the same overall price range. The Installation team of Jose Cintron, Juan Jimenez and Richard Hernandez were polite, courteous, careful, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed the proper and professional installation on time and left the house clean and the new system running perfectly.

Our technician, Everald Lawrence, was friendly and professional. He arrived on time, and performed the summer checkup in an efficient manner - answering all of my husband's questions. We've used Finch for several years. The $149 cost of the service call covers both a summer and winter call. We've used Finch for several years and will definitely continue using them. Howard Brauct Finch a/c Tech performed a/c maintenance and all went good. A/C system is working and performing good.

Great. He checked and cleaned the system upstairs, replaced the UV system, and checked plus cleaned the compressor.

They are ON TIME; very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Finch called to let me know that Gary was on his way. He was so courteous and knowledgable about the furnace and the issue we were facing.  He trouble shooter many areas and was able to put our minds at ease.  I will definitely request that Gary return for our spring AC check.

We've used them for 10 or 12 years and the reason we do so is because of the good service they do provide.

Service was great.  Service man prompt and efficient.  Pointed out that the extended warranty still had ~6weeks left.  A person at Finch, Jerry , made up a story that I had not "transferred" the warranty when I bought the home.  Now they send  me a note that "your extended warranty is expiring"...  The extended warranty on the installed air conditioner transferred to me when I bought the home. Not at all pleased with not being reimbursed by Finch.  Think their service and handling of their business went down the tubes when Mr. Finch retired and sold to church services.  Will never use them again.

we have used this company for years now I am not sure paying almost $150 a year for the last few did much good since from day 1 their only objective was to get us to buy a new unit. Our unit with proper care which they were suppose to be doing should last longer than 10 yrs. The guy didn't look for the leak he assumed it was upstairs but never took out a detector to look at anything so for $50 they just show up. He replaced the R22 at an above average price we have now been told which is there usual practice. Then he tried to sale us two separate units well over the cost of what they are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Also check them for EEOC suits. I've talked to a few other customers that all feel the same. The state needs to these people out the money we paid for services and care of our unit not done should be returned.
