Mowing height was inconsistent. There where parts, on a previously well kept lawn, where the grass was brown because they had cut almost to the roots. Also, they had complete disregard for the neighbors yard, cutting almost half way into their yard and leaving it looking awful. I called to complain, but it wasn't until the next mowing cycle that it was corrected. Also, the lawn was cut when the grass had started to germinate and the clippings were thrown onto the flower beds. Now previously clean beds have grass started to grow in them. This last time, there have been several windows of time between rain to mow the grass. We are 4 days late and no call to reschedule or at least notify they are working on scheduling a cutting. Edges are messy when complete.

The staff is very agreeable and attentive. They are personable and listened to my concerns. I told them what I wanted done and they have done a good job.
