I had noticed that after it rained, the concrete patio was always very wet despite of the roof and could not figure it out until I was caught in a rain storm one day and went to the patio for cover. What I discovered instead was that the seam between the boards, some kind of metal stripping had not been secured and water was pouring in throughout the roof. I called them and they said it had been over 90 days and would not stand behind their shoddy work.

We went to American Awning and picked out a cover for our patio. The sales representative helped us make the decision on the one we wanted. They came around to measure and gave us an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable. The installation was scheduled as soon as the patio cover was available. The installer showed up on time. He explained the warranty, did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.
