I noticed a swarm of winged insects swarming near one of my exterior windows. Not being experienced enough to positively identify these insects, I started a search for an exterminator. I reviewed a few exterminators that service the Galveston County area and settled on Prokill (prokillpestcontrol.com) out of LaMarque. I spoke with Marc (owner) and he setup a day and time that worked with my schedule. I met with Mac and he identified the insects and explained in detail their life cycle, habits and control. We setup a treatment date and he arrived at my house on the day and time we agreed on. Treatment was a couple of hours in duration. Marc explained in detail our warranty, what to be aware of going forward, and to give him a call if we noticed anything out of the norm. Marc is a very nice person and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I’m extremely pleased. Marc inspected my home and provided an estimate the same day that I called Prokill. The quote was much lower than I expected and the treatment comes with a 25 year warranty. We scheduled the treatment for the following week. He arrived on time and completed the entire treatment within 2 hours, both inside one batroom and closet walls, and outside around the perimeter, along with treatment of a backyard shed. He was professional and informative and answered all my questions. This is my first (and hopefully last) experience with termites, and it wasn’t nearly as scary as I expected. I will gladly recommend them to anyone with a termite concern.
