3 PART CONTRACT....ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THE JOBS WERE DONE IN A WEEK AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. ALSO, THEY WERE QUITE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. VERY NICE GUYS!!!

I made the initial call for an estimate and got a quick call back. He came out to look at what i needed and promptly wrote an estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week and his guys showed up as scheduled and completed the work. The work took a little longer than expected but they kept at it until done, never cutting any corners.

Owner Don Ingles is very professional and his crew did a great job. All repairs were completed within a few days. Don was a very good communicator during the process. I will definitely call them again when I need work done on my house.

He did all the work himself. He cleaned up. He was very nice and personable. He even painted in the closets. The outside of house looks new. Very good rates.

Everything went exceptionally well. The work was performed in a fast and efficient manner. There was full consultation with Mr. Don Ingles, the owner on a regular basis, before and during the work. He listened to our plans and concerns and gave us the options needed to carry them out. He provided options for cost savings where reasonable. Cost overruns were minimal but expected due to the extensive repair work needed. We were prepared for those possibilities and in several situations we chose premium upgrades over what was necessary. We made our payments on time and the work was done on time. The crew varies in age but even the rugged younger guys were dedicated and serious about doing their work and getting it right. The work took about 6 weeks with a nice stretch of dry weather. It rained a bit at the end which slowed things down. The work had a warranty included in the price. The leveling of the foundation caused minor buckling, caused stiff doors to become completely functional and caused some of the stiff (1960s)wooden windows to become stuck all of which we were warned about before the project commenced. We plan on replacing the windows entirely and a possible remodel of the kitchen and bathroom in a future project with Advanced Quality. I hope this review helps others who were looking for somebody honest, hardworking and reliable for home renovation in the Harris and Galveston County area. If possible I will try post pictures of before and after photos. We have received a stream of compliments on how well it went.

I called Quality Painting and they responded to my phone call quickly. They came out to give me an estimate and did an excellent job painting the inside of my house. They were on time, professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess and didn't drop or spill any paint on anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
