About us
The Rainharvest School is located in La Grange, Texas. Our staff includes Scott Shaffer, Edwin Eargle and Debbie Shaffer. We request an enrollment deposit and accept cash, check or credit card. Classes are scheduled throughout the year in La Grange (see www.texaswatersavers.com) and can be arranged through sponsoring organizations at alternative locations across Texas. Minimum class size is 4 students - maximum is 6.

Services we offer
Students design, and build "dry" and "wet" rainharvesting systems during our 2-day class. The dry system is gravity-fed and includes "how to" design the system for landscaping and gardening uses. The wet system is pump-driven system and can be used for "whole-house" (kitchen, bath) applications. The class is approved through U.S. Green Building Council for 12 hours of LEED CEU credit., estimate construction costs
