Bart was very unreliable in showing up for the job. When he was several hours late, I called him and he sset another show time. When he didn't make that one, I called and told hi, to forget it. He called several days later and said he would be out and the price would be negotiated. After completing the job, he told me the amount. I didn't have that amount in cash and told him what I had. He accepted that and then tried to shame me into giving him more.

Bart repaired cracks in walls & ceiling in livingroom & kitchen. Caulked two outside windows, and painted outside of home in repaired areas. He painted part of the ceiling, but the paint does not match. He will be back to paint the livingroom soon.
