If you call yourself a professional and you back your work then why would you have to repair tiles along side of the pool and kool deck that has been manufactory or manually defected.  I was charged 3 different charges of 65.00 for just them showing up. I had South Texas Pool construct the pool in 2/17/2010.  I pool should not fall apart after 2 1/2  years.  Now I had to hire someone else to fix the heater sensors and the impellor.  Very Disappointed

.We started planning/building a pool in Sept. 2011.     It was not dug as deep as it was supposed to be, but we noticed it after the metal supports were in & they had to cut it all up, dig it deeper & redo the metal rebar. It was supposed to be 26 ft. long.  It is 24 ft. long! (Unfortunately we did not realize this until all of the concrete was poured. We were so tired of dealing with them we agreed to a small financial adjustment instead of removing the concrete & starting over-something we should not have agreed to). We paid for 'swim jets' & got 2 small jets at one end that were way too small.  We FINALLY got them to put in a bigger pump for the jets, but it is still not strong enough.  He recommended a pool finish & color.  After it was applied, every time I touched the side of the pool, it scraped my skin.  They did install paver decking but would not come back to apply the sealer.  We asked for a price to lengthen the surrounding decking ( he had recommended the size we installed, but it was too small), but after repeated requests, we never got any type of estimate. At the beginning he showed us which  plants would have to be removed, but when they came & removed them (we were at work) they chopped out two very important shrubs that we were NOT told they would have to remove.  He told me his wife would have been very upset if it had been their plants & he would replant equivalent plants after the pool was finished.  He never has.  Finally, a YEAR after we entered into the contract with him, I had filed a complaint with the  Better Business Bureau because nobody would even return our phone calls about when they were going to come finish building the pool.  After the BBB contacted him, they came & applied the finish to the decking and 'sanded' the finish of the pool which changed the color & looks terrible.  In the meantime, an area around the pool sank (where it was supposed to have been two feet longer!) & after I complained some more to the BBB, they had to come & redo the whole area.  Within a little over a year, the electronic equipment went out & since they had warranted it for five years, they had to come & replace it-which took over a week.  We asked about routine servicing of the pool but never got a response. There is a lot more, but I think you get the idea.  We finally just gave up complaining to the BBB. What was supposed to be a wonderful experience turned into an albatross living in my back yard.

What we like is that they are pretty responsive to our needs and what we dislike is that the pool guys are little laid back and sometimes we have to make sure that they hear us we might have to call twice to get action. In terms of professionalism we would rate them very highly and the reason we are bringing down the professionalism is because sometimes they got to call twice but as far professional in getting the job done and getting it clean we would rate them highly.

They always show up when they are supposed to which is great.  They are reliable.  I will continue using them in the future.  They do a really good job.  If there is any problem, they are here right out.
