While Jose Vasquez, the owner was very friendly and the workers did a good job on the concrete, they did not cap off my sprinkler heads as they were supposed to. The frustrating part is Jose will not respond to my texts, calls or voicemails. This is very unprofessional. I now have to hire someone to correct the problem as water is puddling at the end of the concrete. I understand things happen, but not responding is totally unacceptable. I’m very frustrated.
