Jose helps service and take care of all of our properties. We manage over 32 properties here in Austin and he is always our go to. He has always been very responsive and very thorough. As an Airbnb host, it is imperative that my a/c unit be operational and so when it went out in this Texas heat I needed someone who could diagnose and repair ASAP. The owner came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and didnâ t try to sell me stuff I didnâ t need!
