They were really, really sweet. They were local. It is not a corporation; it’s just a guy. He was on time and he charged us less than the original estimate. They came back because they forget to change the air filter. They were really fast and very accommodating. He was very professional. He is a Jehovah's Witness and I trusted him to come into our home. They were early and it was almost kind of annoying.
