+ -1 moreShowed up 4 hours late both days. Ended up frying the TV and the HDMI cable, had to purchase new TV, HDMI cable and cable box. Had the nerve to send me a bill without offering to fix the damage, and had the nerve to try and charge me for shopping time when buying supplies for the job.
