JenPro Roofing

It sounds like they do minor roof repairs for $100 but really they can't. The only reason that they did it was because we raised total hell and one of the co-owners just came out and did it. The deal is not written well. I purchased the deal and I had to pay $100 for them to do the repair.

Since it was performed while I was not home, I was not sure if the work was done completely. I requested the work to be done when I was home but the company insisted to do it in their convenience.

This is the second time I've used JenPro Roofing for roof repairs, and I was just as pleased as I was the first time I used them. I called in a panic one morning when I woke up to find shingles strewn around my driveway, lawn, and even out in the street from a storm the previous evening. Roland and his assistant came out that day to replace the missing shingles and did a great job. Just like the first time, Roland and Jennifer went that extra mile for me. I know I can count on them to be extremely prompt and very fair on their pricing. I found a great roofer, and I heartily recommend JenPro for all your roofing needs!

They fixed my roof last year (a lot of problems in a lot of weird and awkward places) and not long after I noticed that there still might be a small leak above a window. I travel a lot so it took me a while to get in touch and ask about it. I spoke to Roland (one of the owners and who had come out personally the first time), and he came to my house the very next day. He checked it out and sealed everything possible! No questions asked, no charge. They totally stand by their work and their warranty. Awesome!

JenPro really came through with an excellent product at a respectable price. I met with several roofing contractors before going with JenPro. JenPro took their time to explain how they intended to replace our roof. They took the time to explain the little details that they do to make a quality product. Their work was meticulous and they are passionate about their work. Their workmanship was superb. The end result was an attractive modern roof that increased our home?s appeal. We are so happy we went with JenPro.

Called JenPro after noticing a brand new water stain on my kitchen ceiling around the solar tube that was installed when the house was built.  They were very booked but would try to work me in.  I guess so !!  They came over after hours late Saturday and sealed it up - the weather forecast for Sunday/Monday called for rain & they wanted to make sure I did not sustain any further damage.  With the sealing they have done on my roof I think the house would float away before their repairs leaked!  Way to go JenPro - nice to have a professional job at a reasonable price.

It was okay. We had to have him come back out and do some touch up stuff but we're happy now. It rained and we got a leak and I thought the coupon we had said that they were going to repair any vents that needed touch up of fix and he didn't know that it was also included, that was extra so we winded up paying them $300 something dollars and then it leaked and we called them back, they came and we winded up paying them $800 more for doing the repairs. We're happy now. I know my husband was happy when the gentleman showed him some issues. He didn't know anything about it and he was glad that he had showed him that. But, my husband said he won't use them again though. The cost was rather expensive.

I have had this provider come out a couple of times in the past to fix a leaks in our roof which cost us approximately $1,200.00 for the repair and a guarantee for the work performed.  He took care of one leak problem by our fire place with no problem.  However, our bathroom leak has been persistent and frustrating. In a heavy rain, which we have from time to time, the leak will return. However, Jen-Pro has been persistent and responsive to each call we make for repair. When they say guarantee they mean it.   Last night the leak returned. I called this morning (third time), and they are going with a more aggressive response to the problem.  It turns out our ridge vent was not done correctly, and it is the only place now from where he thinks the water is coming, and he will correct it and will not charge us for it.  They are responsive and stand by their work product.  Yes, I will use them again. 

They came out an inspected the roof and gave us information. They gave me price for repair and a price to replace it.

I guess they did what they said they were going to do. I had some flashing that needed to be nailed down which I expected would be done, but that was not included. IThey gave me a bid of $800 to do that and repair some minor damage. That seemed high.

Very honest man and up front.  He couldn’t guarantee the job, because the way the roof was designed.  He went ahead and sealed the whole thing.

Assistant was o then roof for about 15 min. Mentioned that they patched 4 spots, really not sure what that means. Mention that the pitch of my house was higher than the agreement, but they would still go on the roof and inspect.  Their work was really not worth my $100.00

Very nice and worked quickly.  Set up the time with us.  Contacted us when we confused the appointment time. All around it was a great experience.

It was great.  Roland, one of the company's owners, did the inspection himself and remained on site to supervise the repairs which was great.  Furthermore, they did an excellent job, provided a very good warranty on the repairs, and offered to replace the roof at a very competitive rate.
