"Good morning. After reading your review and going through our records we do not show that we have done work at this address. We appreciate the positive response but we were not the company that did the work for your home for the date specified and amount."
"(removed member name), Josh attempted to contact you at 10:30am on Saturday morning to inform you that he was on his way to your home. The estimates he had beforehand didn't take as long as was expected so he headed to your home early. He arrived just after 11 and knocked but no one answered the door. He did take a video of the area of your home that you described to me that had issues so we could discuss if you called. Because no one was home he continued on to the next estimate. Please accept our apology because it seems that it was a timing issue. Sometimes estimates take 15 minutes and sometimes they take an hour and it just so happened that we were able to come by sooner than expected. Please feel free to give us a call as we do have video of the area that was a concern."

He was excellent. He was really good. He was a nice guy. He did the work immediately. I had used them before. I’m very happy with him. He is very responsive. His price was considerably cheaper than other companies. I would use them in the future.
