It was very good. They weren't bad but their equipment wasn't quite as good. The price was comparable with the last deals you would get. I don't remember what I paid for the deal in December but it was much better. I wouldn't use them if I got a deal like the one I got in December.

It was a waste of money and I saw no result when it was finished. I thought I just threw $99 away. I saw no difference after the job was done. The guy was extremely nice and professional.

The overall experience was ok but what I learned when they got here was that they did not use commercial grade cleaners. They did tell me about it prior to starting the job and actually volunteered to clean a small area to show me how it will come out. I thought that was thoughtful of them as it gave me a chance to make a choice. The small area cleanliness was relatively acceptable and I decided to just go ahead with the cleaning. Also, I was expecting a 2 step process, first the cleaning and second the sealing. However, the cleaner that they use does both at the same time. Don't know enough if that is good or bad, but just want to put it out there for others to decide. They also didn't have a commercial grade machine to thoroughly clean the floor, but rather use a brush that they use by hand which can leave spots. After they completed the job, I went around the house looking at the finished job and I did find several spots that were not cleaned and they did go over them. Nonetheless, I did find a spot that wasn't clean after they left my house, I did call them to have them fix it and they never called back.

It turned out okay. There was nothing special. It was pretty average. They're pretty good on their responsiveness. They were punctual. They were in and out in no time. They didn't spend additional time. There was nothing outstanding. He came and he put on his booties. I picked them because of the special deal and it was not different from any of the others.

First he was disappointed that I had new carpet. This was a grout cleaning job.
Provider said he did what I paid for. It did not look like it so he said he could dye the grout all the same color. He would call back. He did not. When I called him I got promises to no avail. I would call him and he would promise again. This happened so many times I told him he nor his company would like what I would say on Angies List. I got another promise to take care of the situation. Nothing happened.

GREAT!  2 VERY NICE MEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.  ALL CLEANED ACCORDING TO REQUEST EXCEPT WHEN THE CARPET DRIED I NOTED SOME OF THE STAINS DID NOT COME OUT RE BOTTOM STEPS.  NOT THEIR FAULT - WAS NOT NOTICABLE UNTIL THE CARPET DRIED OUT COMPLETELY.  GREAT COMPANY & I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM AS I AM VERY SATISFIED!  MARY LOU HEIMANN

The representative was friendly and honest about setting expectations.  The service seems more appropriate for floors than shower walls.

It worked out well.  I didn't pay more than $89. It was some kind of steam cleaning process.
