Air Zone came out many months at the request of Choice Home Warranty and stated that CHOICE Home Warranty required I pay almost $900 for a/c unit in attic to be cleaned before they would inspect. After many months still cannot get I money back. Air Zone will not refund money and Choice Home Warranty will not do anything. Tried to sue Choice as they did not require unit to be cleaned, however, they cannot be sued in state of Florida. Both Choice Home Warranty and Air Zone engage in fraudulent business practices.

First visit (Home warranty): Came over the next day, immediately went to work on everything (related or unrelated to any issue) that can be billed to insurance while ticking off a list of stuff we need to do that is not included in the warranty. Second scheduled (Assigned as part of home warranty): after air conditioner stopped cooling (never fixed), they gave a 12:00 to 08:00 PM arrival window, I asked for a 1 hour warning, received a 20 minute warning when I am an hour away at work, asked for them to come over at 6:30 PM after we are done house\kids, and they refused, so it was fine for me to wait for them until 8:00 but not fine for them to arrive at 6:30.

I have a maintenance plan for my house and I call them and they make the arrangements. I pay the maintenance company and I pay 60 for the maintenance call. They're a very good company, they're very efficient as far as their scheduling and doing the work. I've been very blessed to have the same young man two or three times. I have them come out twice a year to service my air conditioning/heating and he does an excellent job.I'd recommend them for their promptness and efficiency. The young man is very courteous too, and that's important in today's world. He did a tremendous job, he was very thorough in checking my heating air/conditioner out. In other words, he didn't rush, rush, rush and try to get in and out. He took his time and deliberately looked at every aspect of the unit to make sure it was in good conditioner. It took him half an hour maybe. He thoroughly cleaned up. He has done a very good job.

They are very professional, but they don't answer their phones. Basically, you have to leave a message, but they get back to you quickly.

I was installing a ductless mini-split myself, but I needed someone with a vacuum pump to vacate the refrigerant lines.  Alex took my call and came the same day.  He was very personable and knowledgeable.    The vacuum and pressure testing proceeded without incident, and they stuck around to make sure the mini-split functioned properly.

Work was performed through our home warranty company.  Came out and determined unit could be fixed instead of replaced.  After installation, I had a question if the repair was fully done so I called them to come back out and they did and found that it was completed.  No issues since.

They gave me a five hour window, but then called earlier in the day with an updated time, which I appreciated. He showed me how some things worked on the HVAC unit and told me what filters I should buy. He seemed knowledgeable and was friendly and helpful.

IAlex was on time, the work performed was profession and reasonably priced.  He is honest , I appreciated it very much.

Technician conned my wife out of additional $50 over the Landmark HOW cost. I was not on-site to catch the charge. As the owner later stated "Well she signed off on it".
Technician did not replace the air filters even though they were readily available at the access point.  As the owner later stated "The technician should have replaced them. I'll talk to him and make it a learning experience." Owner did offer to send the technician back out to replace the filters but I declined.

We were filing a home warranty work order for our a/c not cooling. It turns out our outside unit was the wrong size for the inside air handler and we needed to replace one or the other. These guys were professional and courteous. We had to pay for it out of pocket because, of course, we didn't have a home warranty plan that covered mismatched systems, but they made the whole thing pretty painless.
