AIM employees are not only very professional, but as friendly as can be! They were responsive and caring, both over the phone and in our home. We were very happy with the technical services performed. The technicians took the time to explain what they were doing, and walk us through things we needed to know - including how to set up the automated cooling schedule. The last time we bought an AC unit was 20 years ago, so it seems the cost is high. However, it is worth the cost, to have a trust worthy team and high quality Coleman unit. I will recommend this company to my family and friends!

As our conditioner quit cooling right in the middle of Hurricane Harvey I found myself in need of making a decision, replace or repair. After negotiating back and forth with my home warranty company I decided to replace the entire system. I had seen AIM heating and air conditioning in the neighborhood for the past few years and decided to check them out. After talking to neighbors and reading their reviews it appeared that they walked on water. It turns out they do. From initial contact, assessment of our needs, bid, and installation they performed far above my expectations. In a nutshell they did everything they said they were going to do and then above and beyond as they thought of and took care of those things most homeowners do not think about, like permitting through the city. AIM handled the entire process. In summary they did a great job, and in my opinion, for a fair price. My hats off to Kevin, Jesse, and Mike

Great, although he left out a few screws on the panel when he left. I had to go buy some and put them back in. Noticed he did not do a dry/wet bulb check to determine pressure needed, otherwise great.

Removed existing electric a/c system with new system. Including new air handler, heat kit, coil, touch screen thermostat, unit slab, whip, disconnect, heat pump condensing unit and float safety switch. Flushed current line set with nitrogen and RX-11 flush for conversion  to R-410A. 
     Added new Blown in insulation bringing the value to R-38
     Replaced 9 duct runs and installed new plenum.
     Work was done professionally and competently. All the employees were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always demonstrated their competence.
     Removal of the old system and installation of the new Lennox system was done with the utmost professionalism

Of all the estimate we received the AIM tech, was the most thorough in determine our needs. They arrived promptly for the installation and completed the work in the time stated. AIM personnel also took care of the paperwork necessary for the rebate and filed it quickly.

Arrived one day earlier than originally scheduled.  All workers and supervisor had an excellent attitude, explained things, and answered all questions.  Completed installation in one day, cleaned up everything, and even fixed a couple of minor issues at no charge.  Also submitted the rebate request to PEC for me, which was accepted by PEC the next day.  Super service!  This is the third A/C unit I've had them install, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else as long as they keep the price reasonable.

Nothing but over whelming praise for the original technician Jessi who diagnosed the problem and later took care of other issues with my condenser unit.  Excellent work by the two gentlemen who came to actually install the coil system and helped with my installation of thermostat.  I would recommend this company and want to give special thanks to all three technicians and to the company itself which made this repair a seamless and painless affair.

Everything was great. The crew was on time + were very professional. It took 3 visits to complete everything and they did a very thorough job – they even replaced the vent covers!

When our air handler leaked water out the closet and under our lament flooring, I new who to call.  AIM has done work for us previously and this time was the same consistent customer service oriented call that we had previously received.  We got quick friendly same day service.  Jesse is always a pleasure to work with and he always goes the extra mile to make sure we're happy.  I highly recommend using them for your next HVAC service call.

The technician, Jesse, checked our A/C unit in the attic, including the way the duct work and insulation had been installed. He then ran electrical and pressure checks on the outside unit. Afterwards he hosed off the coil in the outside unit. While doing this, he patiently responded to my questions about how the system worked, and what I could do to keep it maintained. He was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely would recommend this company.

I love Susie and her team. I've been using them for year and have a great experience every time. 3 years ago I had them replace my entire AC sytem. During the heat of the summer, my capacitor went out. They were awesome to send out one of their guys within just a few hours to get it fixed under warranty. We survived the heat thanks to them!
