Eric came out punctually when he said he would to give estimate. 
The price was very fair and he really helped us pick places where the downspouts would not attract attention yet do their job correctly.
Not a single concern with his work.  He personally came and made sure the gutters were in before a 'frog strangler' rain the next day!  The gutters and downspouts did their job marvelously!  I'm glad we took Eric's suggestion and put on leaf guards.
In the world of contractors and subcontractors it is a breath of fresh air to find a person that does what they say and when they say will do it!
If we need roofing work in the future, you can rest assured we will call Eric first!

They arrived on time and completed the cleaning and repairs so fast I was amazed and pleased.  I would definitely recommend this company and use there services again in the future.

id.He was able to examine the gutters 3 days after I called.  When I excepted the bid, work was schedule 2 days later and finished as promised.  The price was considerably lower than another bid.

The guy who came out was able to fix my problem but he no longer works with them now.  He was responsive, knowledgeable and did not want to sell me a new roof like other people would have which was good.  

Their price was very reasonable. They said that I did not need all new gutters. They were prompt in getting everything done. They did some extra work without charging.

We explained upfront that we had a small job and Eric said "no job is too small". It probably took the same amount of time to set up the machinery and tools for our small job as it does for a big job. Eric was very knowledgable, precise with measurements and installation, and did a great job. We will call him again if we need any work. With this crazy North Texas weather, shingle work is probably in the future.

Had a hard time finding a company willing to take on a small job. Was given a rather wide "window" of when to expect them, but think that is becoming standard practice. They appear to have done a good job. Only rain will tell if the endcaps or corner leak. The crew was polite and worked steadily. My only complaint might be having to request more support points for the long piece of guttering. The removed piece had a dozen while they prepared 7 for the new. My request was acted on immediately and without argument. Hope I don't have the need, but I would use them again.

Many of us in North Texas recently experienced severe storm damage to our homes.  I contacted several contractors in the area and none were more professional than Eric Allen of Allen Roofing and Gutters.  He earned our business by being courteous, on time and willing to take the extra steps to let us know that he truly wanted our business.  He arranged to meet with the insurance adjuster, made sure that all estimates covered our damages, made recommendations on various materials and completed all work quickly and efficiently.  Additionally, Eric got us in contact with equally reputable painters and carpenters to take care of our interior damages.  Whether I need future repairs, or choose to build a new home someday, Eric and his crew will be our choice for our future roofing needs!  

We called Allen Roofing and Gutters for an estimate, they showed up on time for the appointment, very knowledgeable about gutters and explained where and why the downspouts should go. Signed contract that day, they were back 2 days later to install. Everything went great, very professional. They also said if I have any problems or leaks within a year they would return and fix.
