"This comment is not true I did not see the tv and did not hear anything that was cracked or broken I did not even see the tv because the customer did not take the cover off so he assumed it was broken be careful when you are moving items like TVs the movers do not like to move your tv because it can easily break or maybe the tv was broken before I got there I never got a chance to see the tv because the tv cover was still on it and the customer refuses to take it off so I am not sure what happened but I feel like he knew it was broke and was trying to blame it on me so I could replace it so sorry for this but I am not responsible for something I did not."
