They opened they unit and located the leak and repaired it and checked the system, charged up the unit and it was good to go! The supervisor came and checked the work his repairmen had done, and ok'd it. I was happy with the work, service and price! No problems since that day!

It went GREAT! Sterling installed the unit himself, got it all up and running quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, courteous, honest, and professional. And this air conditioner/heater works great! We could not be happier!
